Changed Your Mind? Wrong Size or Style? No Sweat!

At Heavy Circle, we understand that finding the perfect fit or style can sometimes take a second try. If your item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags, we've got you covered with exchanges and returns for store credit.

Return & Exchange Policy (United States):

We offer free returns and exchanges for store credit on all orders within 30 days after delivery. We'll also provide the necessary shipping label, sent to you through email for you to print out.

To start an exchange, you can initiate through your Account if you're signed up or email us at support@heavycircle.com with the subject line: "EXCHANGE Order # [Your Order Number]"

To start a return, you can initiate through your Account if you're signed up or email us at support@heavycircle.com with the subject line: "RETURN Order # [Your Order Number]"

Return & Exchange Policy (International):

For international (non-US) customers, including FPO or APO customers, who purchased from our United States website, please note that we do not offer free return/exchange shipping. You will need to use your own pre-paid label to ship the items back to the United States.

 

Policy Details:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is in brand new condition: unworn, with all original tags attached.

  • Apparel must be free from stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, makeup, and animal hair.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are not received in their original, new condition. In that circumstance, your order will be sent back to you.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You’ll receive an email update once your return or exchange has been processed.

Note: We do not refund the original shipping charge.

Items returned without initiating contact at support@heavycircle.com to ensure proper order identification may face delays in processing.

For your protection, we recommend shipping exchanges/returns with insurance and tracking. Please retain your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Heavy Circle is not liable for any items damaged or lost during return transit.
